The plate heat exchangers generally have the following parts from front to back.

• Front body with inlet-outlet connections and heat exchanger information
• Upper and lower bearing shafts used to fix the heat exchanger plates
• The first plate that prevents fluids from contacting the front body
• Heat exchanger flow plates that allow the passage of fluids and provide heat transfer
• The last plate that prevents the fluids from contacting the rear body
• Rear body with assembly that is movable on shafts with maintenance instructions
• Studs and washers that keep the plates at a certain tightening size
